About Pearl Wellness Center Services

Pearl Wellness Center provides luxury post-operative recovery support and coordination services, including (but not limited to): pre-op and post-op planning, private duty nursing coordination, transportation coordination, prescription pickup/delivery support, lymphatic massage services (as offered), IV therapy (as offered), cosmetic surgery aftercare, and medical aftercare support.

Important: Pearl Wellness Center is not a hospital or emergency facility. If you have urgent symptoms or a medical emergency, call 911 or contact your surgeon/provider immediately.

Medical Disclaimer

Pearl Wellness Center supports your recovery routine and coordinates services based on the instructions you provide from your licensed medical providers. Pearl Wellness Center does not replace your surgeon, clinic, or medical team. You are responsible for following your provider’s instructions and for seeking medical care when needed.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book services unless a parent/guardian is legally authorized to consent and does so in writing.

Consultations, Availability, and Booking

• All services and accommodations are subject to availability.

• A booking may require completing intake information, confirming dates, and accepting package details.

• Pearl Wellness Center may decline or cancel a booking if required information is missing, the requested support cannot be safely coordinated, or if policies are not followed.

Accommodations and Hotel Setting

Pearl Wellness Center is located inside Fairmont Century Plaza Los Angeles at Beverly Hills (a hotel). Hotel rooms/suites and hotel amenities are provided by the hotel and may be subject to the hotel’s separate rules, policies, fees, and availability. Pearl Wellness Center may assist with accommodation coordination, but:

• Pearl Wellness Center is not the hotel owner/operator.

• Room features, pricing, deposits, check-in/check-out rules, incidentals, and hotel services are controlled by the hotel.

• Any disputes related to hotel operations, charges, or amenities must be addressed with the hotel.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information (procedure type, surgery date, provider instructions, medications, limitations).

• Inform Pearl Wellness Center of any relevant changes (schedule changes, medical instructions, restrictions).

• Follow your provider’s medical instructions at all times.

• Treat staff respectfully and follow any safety guidelines.

Payments, Deposits, and Fees

Payment terms may vary by service/package and will be explained before confirmation. Pearl Wellness Center may require deposits to hold dates.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, you agree that:

• Deposits may be non-refundable once dates are reserved.

• Late payments may delay or cancel services.

• Additional services requested beyond the agreed plan may require additional fees.

 

Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No-Shows

Because recovery schedules are time-sensitive, Pearl Wellness Center reserves staff and time in advance. General policy:

• Changes must be requested as early as possible.

• Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in part or in full.

• If your surgery date changes, Pearl Wellness Center will try to adjust your booking based on availability, but cannot guarantee the same dates or staff.

 

Transportation Coordination

Transportation services may be provided directly by Pearl Wellness Center or by third-party transportation providers, depending on your plan. You agree to follow safety instructions and local laws, and you acknowledge that traffic, delays, and third-party provider issues may occur.

 

Personal Property

Pearl Wellness Center is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items. Please secure valuables.

 

Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Use illegal drugs on-site or during coordinated services.

• Harass staff or other guests.

• Misuse the website or attempt to disrupt it.
  Pearl Wellness Center may refuse or end services immediately if safety or conduct concerns arise.

 

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Pearl Wellness Center is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Pearl Wellness Center’s total liability for any claim related to services is limited to the amount you paid Pearl Wellness Center for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

 

Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Pearl Wellness Center from claims arising from your misuse of services, violation of these Terms, or failure to follow provider instructions.

 

Intellectual Property

All website content (text, images, branding) is owned by Pearl Wellness Center or licensed to Pearl Wellness Center. You may not copy or reuse it without written permission.

 

Privacy

Your use of the site and services is also subject to the Pearl Wellness Center Privacy Policy.

 

Changes to These Terms

Pearl Wellness Center may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date reflects the latest version.
